This is the Journal Page
Journal Entry #1 9/29/2025:
Today I made books for my shelf and positioned them all individually. It looks really cool! I am proud of it.
Journal Entry #2 10/30/2025:
Today Molly helped me put my website online and it worked! I did the review worksheet and started styling my journal page. I want to make it look like a book with a journal entry on each page.
Journal Entry #3 11/05/2025:
Today I had a lab with Molly and we started making my book flipping animation for my journal page. It looks so cool. I am excited to continue. I also like learning about javascript and how to use it.
Journal Entry #4 11/06/2025:
Today I styled my projects page. I made it look like an underwater scene. I made the background light blue, made a div to look like sand, and I added a bunch of shells to the sand. I plan on making those shells links to my projects that spin when I click them. Furthermore, I am going to add seaweed, fishes, crabs, and bubbles which might also be links so that it looks more like it’s underwater rather than a beach. I’ve been positioning each shell to be in the perfect spot.
Journal Entry #5 11/13/2025:
Today I started making an animation using javascript. It is a Starbucks drink that when one click happens, it shakes. When a second click happens it stops shaking and explodes. I don’t know how to do something on a second click but for today I’ve made it shake on a click.
Journal Entry #6 11/17/2025:
Today I finished my starbucks animation. I learned how to do something on a second click and change the opacity of something. I am really proud of my animation. I also put all of my projects into my projects page as links from each of the little shells. I fixed up an old animation where the image didn’t have a clear background. The links all work, which is great!
Journal Entry #7 11/24/2025:
Today I learned how to use const and the difference between that and let in javascript. I completed exercises on a website to further my understanding and practice using and defining variables.
